Senior Accountant

Shift: Full-time

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist with Cash Management 
  • Foundation (HPF) Record Keeping 
  • Ad-Hoc reporting
  • UBIT Calculations
  • Assist with Audit Request Items
  • Gather 1099 Data for CFO Consultant to File
  • Budget Preparation 
  • File Sales Tax with DOR
  • Take/Prepare Finance Committee Meeting Minutes
  • Prepare Finance Committee Financial Packet
  • Drive Month End Close
  • ACH Debit Processing
  • AR Collections
  • Prepare Collections File
  • Enter Payroll Journals

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting (or equivalent experience)
  • 2+ years in revenue control, financial reporting, and cash handling (2+ years in a similar role)
  • Experience in food and beverage or retail accounting (foodservice operations is a plus)
  • Proficiency in sales analysis, planning, and financial processes
  • Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel focus)
