Job Responsibilities:
- Assist with Cash Management
- Foundation (HPF) Record Keeping
- Ad-Hoc reporting
- UBIT Calculations
- Assist with Audit Request Items
- Gather 1099 Data for CFO Consultant to File
- Budget Preparation
- File Sales Tax with DOR
- Take/Prepare Finance Committee Meeting Minutes
- Prepare Finance Committee Financial Packet
- Drive Month End Close
- ACH Debit Processing
- AR Collections
- Prepare Collections File
- Enter Payroll Journals
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting (or equivalent experience)
- 2+ years in revenue control, financial reporting, and cash handling (2+ years in a similar role)
- Experience in food and beverage or retail accounting (foodservice operations is a plus)
- Proficiency in sales analysis, planning, and financial processes
- Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel focus)
