With 20,000 square feet of state-of-the-art meeting and event facilities, en-suite guest rooms, and multiple dining rooms, Columbia Club provides a unique and distinguished experience. Job Responsibilities:
  • Greet guests with a warm and friendly welcome upon their arrival and departure.
  • Safely park, retrieve, and deliver customers' vehicles in a timely and efficient manner, while adhering to all traffic and safety regulations.
  • Assist guests with their luggage, packages, and other belongings, ensuring they are transported securely and promptly to their desired location.
  • Provide information about the establishment's services, promotions, and amenities to guests in a knowledgeable and professional manner.
  • Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the valet area, ensuring all vehicles are neatly parked, and the area is free from debris and hazards.
  • Follow the established protocols and procedures for handling cash, credit cards, and other payment methods when collecting parking fees from customers.
  • Maintain accurate records of vehicles parked, retrieved, and fees collected, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality in all transactions.
  • Communicate effectively with fellow team members and supervisors, reporting any incidents or unusual circumstances promptly and accurately.
  • Continuously strive to deliver exceptional customer service, anticipating guests' needs, and resolving any concerns or issues in a professional and courteous manner.

Qualifications and Work Experience:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Prior experience as a valet or in a customer service-oriented role is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to communicate in a professional manner with a diverse range of individuals.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stressful situations with patience and composure.
  • Knowledge of traffic and safety regulations.
  • Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Possess a positive and professional demeanor, with an ability to interact well with guests and team members.
